HYUNDAI AIRPORT TEST DRIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) These Terms and Conditions govern the Promoter’s competition (“Competition”) to win (subject to clause 11) a NZ$1000.00 domestic New Zealand travel voucher from Flight Centre New Zealand (“Prize”). By entering the Competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions of entry, and agree to follow the instructions on how to enter.

2) Only people living in New Zealand, who hold a full drivers licence and are aged 25 years and over are eligible to enter.

3) To go in the draw to win the Prize, you must do all of the following between 18th January 2011 and 5pm 4th March 2012:

a) Book a test drive for a new Hyundai vehicle from an Authorised Hyundai Dealership through the Hyundai Airport Displays at either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch Airport, either by:

i) completing the on-screen booking form; or
ii) submitting your [name, phone number and email address] into the business card boxes on the display stand, [in which case one of our sales representatives from your nearest Authorised Hyundai Dealership will contact you to arrange a booking]; and

b) Attend the Hyundai Authorised dealership as per your booking, provide your name, address phone number and email address, and test drive a new Hyundai; and

c) Meet the other qualifying criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.

4) You may enter as many times as you like. One Competition entry per vehicle booked and test driven in accordance with these terms is eligible for the draw.

5) The Prize will be drawn at 12.00pm on 16th March 2012 at the Promoter’s head office (“the Prize Draw”).The Competition winner will be notified within 5 working days of the Prize Draw. Contact will be made by mail, e-mail or phone, at the contact details provided at the Authorised Hyundai Dealership.

6) The Prize is not redeemable for cash.

7) The Competition winner may not designate someone else as the winner. If the Competition winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, the Promoter may award it to an alternate winner.

8) The Prize Draw will be supervised by a senior member of the Promoter.

9) The “Promoter” is Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited.

10) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11) The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original value, in the event of circumstances outside its control. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize is subject to availability and change.

12) The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the Competition and to modify these Terms and Conditions.

13) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Competition entries if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

14) The Promoter respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993 and is required to comply with the privacy principles in respect of the collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information from individuals.

a) The personal information collected by the Promoter includes the name, address, telephone number and email address of each Competition entrant, required to enable the Promoter to properly conduct the Competition, including the award of the Prize. You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for that purpose and related purposes.
b) You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may otherwise disclose your personal information as required by law.
c) By entering the Competition, you agree to receive further information from Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited about its products, services and other offerings (including by electronic message, including e-mail and text message) using any of the contact details supplied by you at either the booking or test drive stage of the Competition.
d) You can access or request correction of your personal information by contacting Hyundai Motors New Zealand on 0800 HYUNDAI (498632).

15) If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other cases beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.

16) The Competition is not open to employees of Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited, their subsidiaries, families, agents and their affiliates.

17) To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in the Competition or with any prizes offered.

18) If you accept the Prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the Prize.

19) All Competition entries become the property of the Promoter.
